Broken links

FYI all the links to the specs are broken on this page, as they link to refspecs.freestandards rather than refspecs.linux-foundation ( for example http://refspecs.freestandards.org/LSB_3.1.0/LSB-Core-generic/LSB-Core-generic/book1.html should be http://refspecs.linux-foundation.org/LSB_3.1.0/LSB-Core-generic/LSB-Core-generic/book1.html ). This was a very temporary DNS issue that has long since been resolved. Regardless I have updated the links to refspecs.linux-foundation.org. -- David
